Two buildings, two entrances, one shared courtyard. 
The Quarter house is one of the oldest buildings in Zalaegerszeg. Interestingly, it was constructed to provide accommodation for soldiers according to Maria Theresa’s regulation, although it was never used by the military. The neighbouring archives were finished more than a century later, the Banquet Hall is located on its upper level. 
Summer shows at the open-air theatre await those interested at the building complex with neo-baroque and neo-classicistic elements.
